If it’s requested by our clients, B.O.C Group manages the entire permit and schedule development process, handling architectural, structural, and HVAC drawings in collaboration with architects. In the early permit stage, we review the layout in terms of interior design and try to align drawings based on your wishlist. Our team oversees permit management and offers expert consultation to refine drawings, improving functionality and streamlining approvals.
Budget & Schedule Development
You will be provided with bids from subcontractors and suppliers based on approved specifications and requirements and confirm the total budget of your project. Upon approval, you will receive a final construction schedule integrated with corresponding costs for each stage. This ensures the process doesn’t become overwhelming and your build schedule runs as planned.

Home Construction

Project Completion
Once your project is complete, a thorough inspection is conducted by the City Inspector or our Director, Mehdi, followed by a detailed walk-through to compile a final to-do list. Before your move-in, you will receive a Comprehensive Close-Out Package containing copies of all contracts, invoices, city documents, manuals, and warranties, along with photographic documentation of your project.

Post the completion of foundation, structure, electrical and mechanical services, we continue to provide support of our extensive services all year round.
