Meet Mehdi Ghodsinia, the founder and president of B.O.C Group, who has over two decades of experience in ICI and residential construction. With his strong background in civil engineering and advanced degree in project management, Mehdi has built his career involved in all aspects of construction and real estate development. He possesses the technical expertise and leadership skills essential for turning ambitious design concepts into reality.
Guided by a passion for crafting exceptional homes, Mehdi launched B.O.C Group in 2016, driven by a mission to elevate residential construction through innovative designs, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Under his leadership, B.O.C Group has emerged as a premier design-build firm known for innovative designs, efficiency, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer support.
Golara Ghasemi
Golara Ghasemi, director of design at B.O.C Group, brings a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and passion to every project. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a postgraduate degree in soil and foundation mechanics, she combines her technical knowledge with a visionary approach to residential design and investment. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ontario and started to combine her construction knowledge with her passion for real estate and property development.
Golara’s natural creativity and deep understanding of the design and construction industry have been instrumental in shaping B.O.C Group’s reputation as a true design-build firm. As director of design, she redefined the company’s design vision, going beyond aesthetics to create spaces that reflect a lifestyle of modern luxury, functionality, and timeless elegance.
